VENISON STEAKS WITH MUSTARD RUB

  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dry (powdered) mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Blend above ingredients in a small bowl. Rub mixture evening over the surface of venison loin steaks. Grill over medium heat, not hot coals, until desired doneness is reached. Turn only once and do not overcook.
