A youth small game hunt is scheduled for Saturday, March 28 at Crane Pond State Game Area 60887 State Highway M-40, Jones
Youth hunters will be put into small hunting groups and assigned a mentor. Hunt participants must be under 18 years old, have a valid hunting license, wear hunter orange and bring their own firearms and equipment.
Participants should meet at the Crane Pond State Game area at 9 a.m. Lunch will be provided later in the day.
There are limited spaces available.
Preregistration is required by March 1.
