Mauser has once again created a masterpiece, proving that the legend and charisma of the M98 Magnum is still very much alive today.
This M98 Magnum “Elephant” was created in a rare collaboration of master engravers. The rifle captures the beauty and power of the elephant, as well as the fascination hunters have with Africa.
Arabesque variations and African acacia thorns frame the words “Original Mauser” on the pistol grip cap and “Mod. Elephant” on the barrel quarter rib. The impressive animal presents itself in elaborate detail on the magazine floor plate in front of an entirely golden horizon.
The action rests in a rare Grade 10 root wood stock with a Rigby cheekpiece.
