Patagonia has long been related with fishing, but it’s entering the other half of the sportsmen market with new apparel offerings for 2015. Visitors to this year’s IFTD convention in Orlando got a sneak peak at one of the company’s newest garments.
The new long sleeve is called the R1 Quarter Zip, and looks equally at home on a drift boat or a sheep hunt. It’s designed to wick away moisture as a base layer. Other features include water repellancy and incredible stretch for ease of movement.
Other offerings will include pants and shirts designed with upland bird hunters in mind. Release dates are slated for later in the year.
