ODFW’s annual fish and wildlife art show is Saturday, Nov. 2, 1 – 4 p.m. at Duck Pond Cellars, 23145 Hwy 99W, Dundee, where the winery will release its new Conservation Cuvee pinot noir. This free, family-friendly event showcases artwork submitted for ODFW’s 2020 Habitat Conservation, Upland Game Bird and Waterfowl Stamp contests. Duck Pond Cellars is offering complimentary tastings of Conservation Cuvee Lot 7 with live music provided by Blue Eyed Soul.
ODFW will announce the winning entry from each contest, which is then used to produce collector stamps and other promotional items with proceeds benefitting Oregon’s fish and wildlife. Visitors can vote on their favorite artwork for the People’s Choice Award.
Dress warmly as the event is held in the winery’s production cellar.
Conservation Cuvee Lot 7 is Duck Pond Cellars’ seventh in a series of limited edition specialty wines that benefit Oregon’s fish and wildlife of greatest conservation need. These wines feature the winning Habitat Conservation Stamp artwork. Duck Pond donates $5 for each bottle sold to ODFW’s Conservation Program, and to date, the winery has donated $49,190 to the program.
