Last week’s video about a huge Utah bighorn drew a lot of attention, so this week we’re featuring a similar one with an even bigger finale.
Greg White drew his first bighorn tag and went hunting in the Missouri Breaks with a muzzleloader. He had never seen a ram in the flesh before, but by the time his hunt was over he was wrapping his hands around the 2011 muzzleloader world record. The ram scored a whopping 200 2/8 inches Boone and Crockett!
Not only did this ram win a place in the record books, it also provided Greg with a trophy of another sort. This film about the hunt was named the 2014 recipient of the Boone & Crockett Award at the Wild Sheep Foundation’s Outdoor Film Festival & Tour.
