Living in the midst of the horse farms of Hunterdon County, New Jersey, and having access to unlimited equestrian sports has enabled Beth to paint what she loves most. Her oil paintings are a natural extension of her world, and her objective is to share that world with others. She has a passion for painting horses, as well as dogs and wildlife. Her subjects range from the color and excitement of equestrian events to the quiet beauty of the Maine wilderness. The classic elegance of her painting style and the portrayal of mood and atmosphere are important elements of her work.

Evans is also a Signature Member of the Society of Animal Artists.
